1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between Readback (hereinafter “Readback”, “we” or “us”) and users regarding the use of the Readback platform and app for aviation communication training.
1.2 These T&C apply to both individual users (pilots) and commercial customers (flight schools).
1.3 By registering or using our services, you accept these T&C.
2.1 Readback provides an AI-powered training platform for aviation communication:
• Access to the Readback app (Android)
• Realistic ATC communication scenarios
• AI-powered speech analysis and feedback
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• For flight schools: Dashboard with student statistics
3.1 Registration is required to use Readback.
3.2 You must be at least 16 years old. Minors require parental consent.
3.3 You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
3.4 You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4.1 Readback may offer a free trial with limited features.
4.2 A paid subscription is required after the trial period expires.
5.1 Current pricing: Individual users CHF 9.99/month or CHF 99/year. Flight schools: custom pricing.
5.2 Payments are processed via Google Play or invoice for flight schools.
5.3 Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
6.1 Subscriptions auto-renew (monthly or annually).
6.2 You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6.3 Cancel via app store settings or email to support@readback.training.
6.4 No refunds for amounts already paid.
7.1 You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for the contract term.
7.2 Not permitted: Copying, modifying, decompiling the app; sharing credentials; commercial use without flight school license.
8.1 Use at your own responsibility.
8.2 Readback does not replace official flight training or certified flight instructors.
8.3 No distribution of illegal or copyrighted content.
9.1 You consent to AI analysis of your voice recordings.
9.2 Recordings are automatically deleted after 90 days.
9.3 Anonymized data may be used to improve our AI (opt-out available).
10.1 High availability targeted, but no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
10.2 Support via email: support@readback.training (response within 48 hours).
All rights to the app, scenarios, audio content, and AI technology remain with Readback.
12.1 Flight schools receive access to an extended dashboard with student statistics.
12.2 Responsibility for proper use by students and instructors.
12.3 Students must be informed about data processing.
12.4 Licenses are non-transferable; separate payment terms apply.
13.1 Readback is a training tool; no guarantee of exam success.
13.2 Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury.
13.3 Liability limited to payments made in the last 12 months.

Changes with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16.1 Governing law of Readback’s jurisdiction.
16.2 Severability clause. Contract languages: German and English.
