1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Readback platform and app. They supplement our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Intended Use

2.1 Readback is exclusively intended for aviation radio communication training purposes.

2.2 The platform does not replace official flight training, certified flight instructors, or official examinations.

2.3 Readback scenarios must not be used during actual flight operations.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Readback to:

  • Practice and improve aviation radio phraseology
  • Prepare for examinations
  • Maintain your communication proficiency
  • Train your students as a flight school

4. Prohibited Use

The following uses are prohibited:

  • Use during actual flight operations
  • Sharing login credentials with third parties
  • Reverse engineering or copying the app
  • Recording and distributing app content without permission
  • Misusing the platform for unintended purposes
  • Attempting to manipulate the AI systems

5. User Accounts

5.1 One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

5.2 Flight schools manage student accounts through their dashboard.

5.3 Your account may be suspended in case of violations.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 All scenarios, audio content, and AI technology are the property of Readback.

6.2 You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use.

6.3 Your voice recordings remain your property but are processed for AI analysis.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Readback assumes no liability for examination results.

7.2 Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7.3 Readback does not replace professional flight training.

8. Availability

8.1 We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8.2 Maintenance work will be announced whenever possible.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
